Refund policy

1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return and/or Exchange items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging (no used postage labels).
  • To begin the process, please complete the following on our START A RETURN page. Once submitted, our team will get in touch with the following steps.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Exchanges are free - we will cover the shipping for your new item. 

 

2. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 
  • Please allow an additional up to 5 business days for your bank to reflect the funds. 

 

3. EXCHANGES

  • Replacement items are shipped within 3–4 business days after we receive your return.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item is on its way.

 

4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
  • Exchange shipping is on us - we will cover the cost of sending out a replacement.

 

5. PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

  • Free items from promotions are not eligible for refunds, only exchanges.
  • If you return a paid item and choose to keep the free one, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund. 

 

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Custom-made or Engraved Items
